Dr. Noel Wallis is the author of the biographical and historical publications listed below.
After leaving the Moorooka Primary School (Brisbane), Noel trained as a woodworker with the Queensland Government.
In Late 1950 and Early 1960, He studied at the University of Queensland, and the Presbyterian Theological Hall, and served in Parishes within the State.
As an external student, he studied with the Central School of Religion, London, and was awarded Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Degrees in Theology and Divinity.
From 1953 to 1958, Noel served in the Australian Army as a National Serviceman and in the Citizen Military Forces. He was an early member of the National Serviceman’s Association of Australia, and the first Queensland Member to be granted Life Membership.
At present, he is a member of The RAEME Association, and the Boer War Memorial Committee.
Being a Welshman by descent, Noel is the present Historian of St. Davids Welsh Society of Brisbane.
