Ridelog Ride Data - Logistics Tab: This screen shot is where most of the information is entered. There are 3 tabs, Logistics, Statistics and Conditions. This shot is of the Logistics screen and you enter details about where, when and what type of ride it was. You also specify which bike you used (if you have more than one). If a race, you can enter results and a description of the event.

Ridelog Ride Data - Statistics Tab: This shows the Statistics for the ride. You enter information about how far, how long, average speed and your heart rate monitor information (if you have one).

Ridelog Ride Data - Conditions Tab: The screen shot shows the Conditions for the ride. Here you enter details about the weather conditions and any general comments you wish to make.

Ridelog Bike Inventory: This screen shot shows where you enter details of all the bikes you own. You can enter as many bikes as you like and the program tracks ride information for each of them.

Ridelog Defaults: This is where you enter all the default values that are used throughout the rest of the program. Things such as the units of measure, personal rider details and a place where to calculate your heart rate zones and max heart rate.

Here is a sample of the many types of graphs that can be produced showing details of your rides. In addition to the graphs, a statistical report of the same information can also be produced.
There is also the capability to produce graphs and reports of your heart rate information.
