WILL OF JUDITH FARROW

 

Judith Farrow died since the then last court and by her will dated 19 June 1730 devised as follows (viz)

1 Item "I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Farrow all that my copy hold Messuage or Tenement situate in Bildeston aforesaid, and now in my own occupation and in the occupation of my son John Farrow.To hold to him my said son Thomas Farrow and his Heirs for ever paying to my son William Farrow the sum of £5 of Lawfull British Money within 3 months after my decease which £5 my desire is may be put, out to Interest for my said son William and further that my said son Thomas shall also learn my said son William his Trade of a Smith and my Will is that my said son Thomas shall suffer my Daughter Judith to dwell n the same Room wherein I now dwell so long as she remains single and no longer. But if they can not agree together then my son Thomas shall pay my daughter Judith 15s a year during the aforesaid Term."
