Lavers Hill is the largest and oldest settlement in the area.

Part of the station yard is the large flat area behind the garage to the east of the junction of the Great Ocean Rd. and the Beech Forest - Lavers Hill Rd. When I was last there the Tourist Information Service denied that there was ever a railway in the town.
