Thespian Alex Litsoudis (behind) from Springvale, Victoria, participated in an Arts Access mentoring program aimed at overcoming the lack of intensive training opportunities available for actors with intellectual disabilities. He worked with established Greek-Australian actor and director Andrea Litras (front). Alex has been acting for over 8 years and has been active off-stage too, having established a theatre group for people with disabilities and a theatre group for people from non-English speaking backgrounds
