Soul Space, Cyber Space & Meditation

Soul space is where your deeper, more fundamental self, your soul resides

Cyber space (computer games, internet etc) is to our physical space as our physical space is to soul space.

Cyber space is a product of our physical space.
Although it is completely different from our physical space, it still has it's roots in physical space.

So too physical space is a product of soul space.
It is completely different from soul space but it has it's roots there just the same.

Just as with cyber space and physical space, so too is soul space experienceable.

When you experience cyber space from the persective of physical space your self is seemingly projected into another world. You feel invinceable as nothing can hurt the real you. Even if you are killed in cyber space it is just "Game over. Try again?"

When you experience physical space from the perspective of soul space your soul is seemingly projected into another world. You feel as if nothing can hurt you. That you are somehow separate from what you are experiencing. Even if you are killed it is just "Game over.Try again?"

As physical space is a more fundamental layer of reality than cyber space. So soul space is a more fundamental layer of reality than physical space.

As physical space begets cyber space so soul space begets physical space.

You can get so caught up in the game in cyberspace you briefly lose touch with your physical reality. This is viewing cyberspace from the perspective of cyberspace.

You can get so caught up in the game in physical space that you briefly (from the souls perspective) lose touch with your spiritual reality. This is viewing physical space from the perspective of physical space. This is most people's most common perspective.

All that's required to let go of cyber space and reenter physical space (from the perspective of your sense of self) is to turn off the computer.

All that's required to let go of the dominance of physical reality and reenter soul space is to turn off the normal thinking process.

The more fundamental layer of reality will then resurface in your awareness.

How to turn off the normal thinking process and allow the more fundamental reality to reassert itself in your awareness is the purpose of meditation.
