ID2000 CONTROL SYSTEMS

The ID2000 system was developed in the early 1970's as an authorizing access system, with high forgery proof access cards, using the new holographic coding technology. Another special feature of this system is the large number of processing functions : Company code, territory range, time range, validity, identification number, issue number, and pin code. The cards are made of 2 parts: the holographic banded component, and the cover facilitating the photo, and other company and card information. The ID2000 readers have
no moving parts, and the card is swiped through the reader like a credit card. The system, after checking all parameters opens the door or gate for a specified peiod, also recording the duration of opening.ID2000 cards are needed for this museum.
Contact EZZACARDSThe ID2000 reader was also incorporated into a larger "building automated system", called VISONIK.
R Up to 120 readers could be incorporated into this system. The VISONIK control centre is illustrated on this card, (I think it is called the "Billman regulator, purchased by L&G in 1971):Another type of ID reader was developed in conjunction with ZEAG (Zuhlke Engineering AG). This was designed to draw the card entirely inside the reader, and would be used for voucher systems outside the area of telephony, such as parking payment. These cards contained 200 units plus the address field. These ID200 cards were initially trialled in the Zurich city area early 1980. ID200 card shown here, with insertion arrows showing the new side insertion method:
Encoded examples of parking cards are needed for this museum
