Biographical Information
Sensei Neil East started training in Wado Ryu Karate- do in April of 1976, under Sensei Wally Maclean. In 1987 Sensei East took over the running of the Lilydale club that had been operating since 1981. After training in cold halls around the area sensei decided there had to be a better way to train. 1994 saw the club move to commercial premises and the change of name to East's Karate School. In 1997 he graded to sandan under Sensei Shiomitsu. 2001 saw the school move to new premises at 19 Maroondah Hwy Lilydale Victoria, Australia
