Sprayed-in-place Polyurethane is the modern high technology solution to roofing and re-roofing problems. It is energy saving, lightweight, 100% bonded to the substrate, and absolutely seamless. And it continues to perform despite severe extremes of cyclic weather.

__________

It would be one-piece, seamless and light-weight. But it would be able to accept stress without tearing or cracking. The ideal roof would be seamless instead of "built up" or seamed. With optimum insulation under a tough, chemical and weather-resistant coating, it would be simple and less labour intensive. And all that would make it especially cost effective.

BACK __________

It is a seamless, monolithic, self-flashing roof system consisting of a cured-in-place layer of spray-applied rigid Urethane Foam, sealed and protected by a tough resilient coating. Unequaled in adhesive ability and insulating quality, it produces a light-weight, watertight, energy-saving roof.

BACK __________

Spray Polyurethane Foam provides substantial advantages over traditional insulating materials:

  • Rigid Polyurethane has the lowest weight and highest insulation value of any common building material

  • Fills gaps, seals against draughts and eliminates thermal losses via fasteners and structural members

  • Does not sag, pack down or absorb moisture, common causes of lost insulation efficiency

  • Stops condensation problems before it damages roofing and property

  • High strength to weight ratio

  • Durable - withstands most oils, chemicals and solvents

  • Is rot proof, unlike most insulations on the market today

  • CFC free

  • Odour free once cured
Compare the values, consider the energy savings!

BACK __________

A continuous, tight bond with the substrate prolongs the life of the roof covering by resisting windlift and other stresses, and most importantly, by blocking the migration of water between the substrate and covering.

BACK __________

Polyurethane Foam is specially formulated with closed cells, which makes it one of the best insulating materials on the market today. This translates into drastically reduced energy costs for you. The foam is so efficient, it has been used by NASA to insulate the external fuel tanks on the space shuttles.

BACK __________

On all kinds of structures and over a wide variety of substrates, including asphalt, wood, concrete and metal. Liquid applied, it is ideal for domes and contoured roofs. With its light weight and ease of application, it is also often the most economical choice for any leaking roofing or preventing condensation.

BACK __________

The applicator first cleans and patches the roof as necessary to assure sound substrate. Next he sprays the foam, which rises and solidifies almost instantly (foam thickness can be varied to obtain desired insulation value). The applicator then sprays on the protective roof coating.

Coat-O-Foam is used for:

Cold Storage and Refrigeration
Coolrooms, freezers, insulated vans, Polyurethane can be applied for an absolute seal for these applications.

Flying High and Dry
Urethane coatings have been protecting military and commercial jet planes for many years now. That's because of their outstanding ability to seal and protect against moisture. Their versatility has been proven in thousands of critical applications.

Insulation for Animal Housing
Internally applied Polyurethane Foam has been used in the Poultry and Pig Farming Industry for over 20 years. In Australia, widely varying climatic conditions make effective temperature control of animal housing essential if profitability is to be maintained. At optimum air temperatures, animals consume a minimum quantity of food to maintain their normal bodily metabolism. This is known as the "Thermoneutral Zone". Environmental control of animal housing to within this zone maximises growth rate, productivity and general health of livestock.
