Your personal energy field/matrix
Since your true essence is energy, your energy field makes up the essence of who you are. Therefore all things that alter your energy field become very important to identify for they can help create your reality. Energy is the way you interface with the Universe around you and therefore it is the way in which you create.

All things that enter your field alter you in some way. Your field is altered with every thought that enters your head and every person you encounter. In some way every experience you have had alters who you are. In fact you are really the sum of all your experiences and that is what you refer to as your personality. Your personality, or energy field, is carried with you from one lifetime to the next. In communicating with those who have graduated, does it surprise you to find that even though they have left their lessons and energy stamps on the Gameboard, they still carry their core personality?

The Quickening
What is happening to many of you right now is that due to the increased energies present, the etheric body is vibrating at a higher frequency. The physical body is then trying to catch up but it hasn't quite yet done so. This results in a speeding up of your molecular structure. Many people are now experiencing this as a quickening taking place within your own bodies. This stepping up of energies is affecting every system in your body - nerves, muscles, vessels, skin, organs and glans as they try to adapt to the new frequencies.

Synchronistic vibration
As you choose to move into the reality of love and your true power, these are some of the signs you will notice of the vibrational change. You may stand at a counter to purchase an item. You are standing there and you're visible. You're not invisible. But nobody waits on you. They wait on everybody else around you until finally you say 'wait a minute, I'm here too.' Yes, they saw you but they didn't connect with you. Why? Were you a lesser person? Did you not have a presence? The simple answer is your vibration was not in sync with theirs. Even though you were visible your presence was not a reality to them.

If you ever feel you are not a part of 'the experience' taking place around you it is because your vibrational rate is moving out of sync with the experience and of the people around you.

Electo-magnetic Energy
What you are, indeed, is a grand embodiment of electromagnetic energy. That is, every facet of you, your physical body, your consciousness, your thoughts and beliefs and your emotional beingness are all entwined to create a body of energy which is likened unto a magnet. This energy has a resonance, a vibrational frequency which draws to itself that which matches its own frequency. As you go about your day to day life, you create in your perceived reality those situations which reflect to you your own beliefs about who you are and how the universe is. The frequencies or resonances match. So, if you desire to bring about change in your day to day life, the simple fact is that you must change the frequency that you are.

Vibrational Integrity

Your Energy Matrix
You exist in physical form only because the atoms in your body are vibrating. These vibrational energy patterns are determined first by the energy matrix you chose for this incarnation. During the Game you have received energy stamps that have altered this original energy matrix. These alterations are a direct result of your choices and experiences during the Game. For now, see your Energy Matrix as simply the way you are wired to first receive energy.

Your Personal Energy Field
Your personal energy field is your interface with the Universe around you. Your energy field has no physical boundaries. It is, in effect, your field of consciousness and knows only the boundaries which you believe to be true. The speed of 186,000 miles per second, which you once thought to be a constant, does not apply to this energy. This energy is instantaneous.

Up to this point in human development you have only been able to visually perceive the energy field as energy escapes from the biology in the form of auras. Please understand that the aura is only a small part of your personal energy field.

Altering your Energy Field ~ Creation 101
Since your true essence is energy, your energy field makes up the essence of who you are.  Energy is the way you interface with the Universe around you and therefore it is the way in which you create.

You are really the sum of all your experiences and that is what you refer to as your personality. We also tell you that your personality, or energy field, is carried with you from one lifetime to the next.

Finding ways to alter your own energy field is the key to the power of creation.

There are four points to purposefully altering your energy field:

1. Discernment

2. Choosing Alternate Realities

3. Intentional External influence

4. Carry Passion and Joy

1. Discernment is the art of making life choices without judgment. As each of you center your own energy you begin to be more aware of what and who alter your energy fields. Purposely choosing what remains in your field is the first way to alter you own field. It is your choice as to who will remain in your field. Love yourself first and know that no one can take charge of your energy if you do not allow them to. Your reality is a direct result of your choices. If you are not happy with your reality, please have the courage to choose again.

2. The key to shifting dimensional realities is the art of shifting perception.You are playing the Grand Game. When you are being drained by the thoughts, events and people in your field, it is because you are taking yourselves too seriously. Play the Game each day with a perspective of your choosing and your energy field will be vibrant and full. It is a choice.

3. The Introduction of Intentional External Influence is one of the easiest ways to purposely alter your energy field. The application of external influences such as music, sights and sounds and external experiences can easily alter your field. A song that brings tears to your eyes or a movie that touches your very soul will effectively balance your energy field.

4. Passion and Joy are the vibrations of Home. Your success in the higher vibrations of the New Planet Earth, are directly proportional to the amount of Joy and Passion you can experience on a daily basis. Find ways to experience Passion and Joy and your field will attract more.

Four Lines of Vibration in the Fourth Dimension
Within your energy field there are four lines of vibration that are used for creation. These lines are always sent out together as a package and represent your energy field as a whole.

The four lines are:

1. What you speak

2. How you act

3. What you think

4. What you believe

If one or more of these vibrational lines do not match the others, the vibration sent out is blurred and unclear. When one line of vibration crosses the others it cancels them and sends an overall signal quite different from that which was intended. The results received back from a blurred field are rarely what you first set out to create. This can be confusing and can cause you to doubt yourself. Then the self-doubt blurs the overall energy field even more.

Vibrational Integrity
Placing yourself in vibrational integrity is simply a matter of lining up the lines of vibration. If your reality and your co-creations are not to your liking it simply means that the vibrational lines of your energy field are fighting against each other and canceling each other out. All of these vibrational lines are movable and therefore adjusting your frequency into vibrational integrity is possible.

Energy is Truth ~ Follow the Energy
In raising your dimensional levels your reality and your perceptions will change. Your energy field as well as those around you will become much more important in the days ahead. These energy fields have always been your personal interface and the way you interact with the Universe around you. In the lower vibrations where you have been living, only the first two of these lines were easily perceivable. These were:

1. What you speak, and,

2. How you act

Now humans are much more sensitive to energy fields and all of the lines in the energy field are easily perceived. You are stepping into a dimension where you will all have access to each other's energy fields. Here, there will be no secrets. Prepare for this now and the transition will be easier not only for you, but for all that follow you.

Little Wavy Lines
All things are made up of atoms. It is the movement, or vibration of those atoms, that make all things. The atoms that make up your world only exist because they are in motion and vibrating. Understanding the basis of vibration helps you to understand the natural order of all things. The Game began when the Infinite chose to have a finite expression, which was the event you have termed the Big Bang. In that moment, the vibration of the infinite singularity split off into harmonic vibrations and took shape in what you call an ultra low vibrational form. This was the original "word," the "om" vibration that marked the beginning of the game. This vibration formed the Earth and the planets and stars you know to be the Universe. This om vibration can be easily emulated in biology through what you call toning or with the simple words "I AM."

Imagine vibration as a wavy line of energy. This is the invisible wavy line of energy that you send out, which precedes you in all interactions on the Gameboard.  These vibrational lines are present in all things. Even a rock in the woods puts out a vibration of density and strength that can be read. If it did not put out a vibration, it simply would not exist. There are times when each of you get feelings that you can not explain rationally. The feelings you get when a person is speaking, may lead you to trust your own feelings, rather than the words they are speaking. This is sensitivity to the energy and is a part of all of you.

Harmonics
All things on the Gameboard send out their own vibrational wavy line. Each thought and belief that is held has a vibration. Each one of these vibrations are significantly different. The reason that no two snowflakes are alike is that each droplet of water vibrates differently. The vibration it holds at the moment of transition to solid form, determines its unique shape. Although no two snowflakes are alike, they are symmetrical and share certain qualities. The same is true of human form on the Gameboard. As you move between states of vibration and consciousness, you raise your vibration. Each shift in vibration, however slight, may cause drastic changes in the way you interact with your surroundings.

All the vibrations experienced collectively make up the whole. Therefore it is accurate to say that you are a culmination of all the thoughts and beliefs that you have ever had. Although their effect fades with time, you still hold the vibration of every thought that you have had. Beliefs are simply thoughts that you have repeatedly held, therefore you have effectively imprinted them over and over. This makes it difficult to remove a belief, even if it does not serve you for it has been stamped into your field repeatedly. Please remember that time is on your side in this area, for new thoughts naturally hold a stronger vibration than older thoughts. This is an effect of the field of polarity, in which you play the Game. This is a safe-guard of sorts because you are not yet masters of your thought process.  It would serve you well to begin to purposely become masters of your thoughts before making the final shifts to higher dimensional levels. Begin by taking full responsibility for your surroundings. Know that what ever state you judge them to be, they are fully a result of the thoughts that you have held. If you do not like your reality, simply thinking again and purposely shifting your vibration, will change your reality. Even though it may only be a slightly different thought, it can easily produce a shift in vibration that will allow you a totally different relationship with your surroundings. Begin by releasing the belief system that states you are not in control.

The Signature Vibration
When two or more vibrations are overlaid, an overall "signature" vibration results. These vibrations can be in resonance and add to each other or they can be out of synch and detract from each other. The strength and clarity of this signature vibration determines which vibrations that are attracted to it. This is how you interact with your world. If the peaks of these vibrations meet at regular increments they create an effect similar to playing a chord on a piano. From a vibrational standpoint, resonance occurs when a person's actions and words are in harmony with their beliefs. This sends out a harmonic vibration. Please understand that it is perfectly appropriate and even highly honored to reach for a higher truth in changing your beliefs. Yet, to hold one thing to be true and act differently sends out an inharmonious vibration that precedes you in all things. When the vibrations of your thoughts, actions and beliefs are in harmony, the resulting signature vibration is very strong and clear.

The process of placing yourself in a comfortable signature vibration can be accomplished, either by adapting your vibrations to those in your field, or by centering your own energy to attract like vibrations to you. The action of Universal energy is to blend and seek balance. Emulate that energy and balance it by staying in alignment with your own truth. Center your energy as you choose those you wish to harmonize with. As a result, you will naturally attract supportive vibrations into your field and those supportive people and events will find you as you strengthen your own vibration.

Earth: The Collective of all Human Vibration
Much as you are a collective of all thoughts you entertain, the Earth is nothing more than a collective of all human vibration.You are of the Earth and carry that vibration as your base. Each and every one of you have a personal relationship with Mother Earth. If you choose to build that relationship and work together, you will realize that you have a powerful ally to help in all areas. Learn to live in harmony with the Earth and life will become very joyous. Because the Earth is a collective of human vibration, it too, is in accelerated movement to a higher vibratory state. You are seeing many of these changes now in altered weather patterns and the natural disasters. What you are seeing is the Earth shifting its vibration to a higher state.

As each of you raise your vibration you add to the collective of the whole, which causes the Earth shifting to higher states. As the Earth shifts there are often times when the vibrations of the Mother and your own vibration seem to be out of synch or in disharmony. These times are very difficult on the human condition because they cause stress, that affects humans on many levels. The large majority of people will move past these periodic times of discomfort easily. It is the humans that hang on to the old ideals that cause the backlash you see in some of the governments of Earth. Those that cling tightly to ideals that are no longer in accord with the higher vibration of the New Earth will find themselves in opposition at every turn.

The shift is underway with the Mother Earth. Your actions on Earth will determine the manner in which this change is accomplished. Your connection to the planet will become more evident as time passes. When there is a misdirection of energy on the Gameboard in opposition to the Universal energy, the reaction will be often be seen as catastrophic events. 

The Key to Shifting Your Own Vibration
Humanity is now in a state of very high vibration. The vibration you hold when you are on the other side of the veil, is one of joy and passion. This is the natural vibration of Home. Humanity is not accustomed to incorporating these expressions into daily life. In the higher vibrations, your success will be directly proportional to the amount of joy and passion you incorporate into daily life. Shift your own attention to things that set up this vibration within you. This will naturally attract similar vibrations into your daily life, opening doors you have been waiting for.
