Direction when the time is right
All of those who choose to elevate the planet and those upon it shall be instructed as to when and where they should move and when and where they should stay. Not by some corrupt official, nor by some grotesque alien intelligence, but by the "still-small-voice" within. You will never find the answers "out there".

The most effective means to begin or improve communication with Higher Intelligence working with The One, is to be still. To sit in the calm and peace within each of you that connects each of your mind-centers (chakras). Be still. Contemplate and meditate. Read works of high frequency, then meditate and let your own truth surface and only then take appropriate action.

Find your higher self
Your Higher Self is with you always and has never left your side. Your own spirit, or Higher Self, spans many dimensions simultaneously.
