Group soul
The animal kingdom is still subject to a group soul. It takes aeons and aeons of time, but eventually this consciousness will evolve and can then be individualised into the I AM awareness. All levels of consciousness come from the Source. All levels of consciousness, including the Mineral, Vegetation and Animal Kingdoms are subject to evolution. Like the Animal Kingdom, these aforementioned Kingdoms are also subject to a group soul and have no free will.

If you were to ask: “has a dog ever been a human being in a previous life, or can a dog become a human in its next life”, the answer is no, this is not possible. The dog has no individuality in soul essence, but it does have a personality, which is of its physical body.

Free will
The members of the Angelic and Devic Kingdoms are not subject to evolution and do not become human beings as a rule. Although many exceptions are now possible. They are part of the pure Essence of the Creator. They have no free will. When you are talking about the evolution of consciousness, it stands to reason, that eventually these group souls must become individualised.
