Direction when the time is right
All of those who choose to elevate the planet and those upon it, shall be instructed as to when and where they should move and when and where they should stay. Not by some corrupt official, nor by some unseen alien intelligence, but by the "still-small-voice" within. You will never find the answers "out there".

The most effective means to begin or improve communication with Higher Intelligence is to be still. To sit in the calm and peace within each of you that connects each of your mind-centers (chakras). Be still. Contemplate and meditate. Read works of high frequency, then meditate . . . let your own truth surface and then take appropriate action.

When you are beginning to receive information from your higher self and your guides, it is helpful to realize that even though they have a very high perspective, they are not omniscient. They also do not know how every future event will turn out. All they can see are the probabilities of something happening in a certain way. No one can predict the future with absolute certainty, because each person involved in a situation has free will and choices in their every now moment.

Find your higher self
Your Higher Self is with you always and has never left your side. Your own spirit, or Higher Self, spans many dimensions simultaneously. Seek communion with this higher self as often as you can. Your efforts will be well rewarded.
