Meet Melinda. We are extremely proud of this young lady.
She attends a boarding school in New Zealand not far from her home town
but goes home most weekend because she's the eldest of five children and
by the time the weekend comes she needs to spend time with her family
because she misses them so much.
Melinda is an extremely talented young lady who loves music. She plays
guitar, keyboard and is presently playing the slap bass in her school orchestra.
Her favorite artists are Elvis and Michael Bublé but she also enjoys modern music as well.
She has also taken Judo classes for several years and excelled at that as well.
At the moment Melinda enjoys being out on the sea with her Dad in the little 16ft
trailor sailor that he bought so that his children could learn to sail and enjoy the sea.
She's very fortunate in having met one of the NZ olympic women's sailing team who
has taken an interest in Melinda and often takes her out on her yaght and teaches
her some of the finer points of sailing so she's becoming very competent on the boat.
Pictures of Melinda a few and far between, she prefers to be on the other side of the
camera and this is the reaction we get if we catch her out.....
