Yvonne Bell

27th January 1955 to 12 July 2004 (49years old) she rests at Gould Country Cemetery Tasmania.

  Yvonne aged 21

From her brother Ken......

Yvonne loved life and was at her best when ever friends and relatives dropped in, she had an infectious laughter

and was friends to all she came into contact with.  Her life albeit short, was plentiful.

We all thought Yvonne would become a beauty queen, and then at a young age she met her first husband Mick,

to whom she had two boys Danny and Christian.

Danny was born autistic which created a huge challenge throughout her life, and she cared for him always.

After some years Yvonne & Mick separated and Yvonne met Brian, to whom she had Shannon (all the boys are doing well).

Yvonne's 2nd marriage with 2 of her sons.

Yvonne at time of passing had 4 grand children (all doing well) whom she adored.

Yvonne affectionately known to the family as Bubby, never succeeded in gaining any specific trade for herself,

yet as her life moved forward she became a fine mother and a loving grandmother.

Without doubt Yvonne had her ups and downs thru life, her greatest struggle came when she broke her leg

and then got an infection in hospital, and this unfortunately turned into leukemia.

Yvonne battled with this bravely for several years, always ready with a smile for any visitors,

spending much time in different hospitals until finally she passed away from pneumonia in St Helens hospital.

In her own way Yvonne felt worn down by so many hospitals and and so little help for such a debilitating disease,

her loving friends and all her family will miss her until we all meet again.

I would like to make a special mention to Jill Lowth her one true friend in Tasmania.

A beautiful soul waits in heaven for those that need to be loved.
