Arrived 21 Dec 1822 on Countess of Harcourt.
Convicted: Cork Co in Spring 1822 for 7 years.
Calling: Sheep shearer.
Age: 27 years, 5ft 7 inches tall.
Sallow complexion, grey hair and hazel eyes.

It is presumed that Timothy is Daniel's brother.

Timothy Driscoll and Daniel Driscoll were on the list of convicts landed from the "Countess of Harcourt" and forwarded to Parramatta for distribution. Both were for the attention of W Hayes of South Creek Parramatta.

Note - William Hayes originally came in c.1801; returned free per "Friendship", 1818

In the 1828 census Timothy Driscoll is listed in entry 1624, as 67, Government Servant, from Countess of Harcourt in 1822.  He was here on a sentence of 7 years and was a labourer sent to the employ of Mrs King.  His residence was listed as Melville.
