1. Strip existing floor and wall tiles
2. Strip and replace wall sheeting where required
3. Re-locate plumbing if required
   (Example: Taps & mixers/ changed floor layout)
4. Repair and replace timbers in wet area
   (Example: If damaged by water)
5. Waterproof all floor and wall wet areas
6. Wall and floor tiles laid
7. Fitting of toilet, vanity, taps, shower screen and accessories

- New and repositioning of bathroom walls (Example: Linen Cupboards/ toilet)

- Final cleaning of bathroom and all rubbish removed from site
