Reservations and Payment Information
How Do I Make a Reservation for Bali Sakura Gardens?
1. Email us with the dates you would require accommodation. If the villa is available we will email you back, confirm the price and provide you with some payment information. 2. If the villa is available and you would like to proceed with the booking you have two options: a. You can pay a deposit of $100.00 (US Dollars) to reserve your booking. The remainder of the payment will be due one month before your arrival. We will send you a reminder email before that time. Failure to complete full payment within one month of arrival will result in your booking being cancelled. The deposit fee is non-refundable but is deductible from the total cost. b. Or, you can pay the full amount for the accommodation. This is the easiest system as it only involves one transaction.
How Can I pay for my accommodation at Bali Sakura Gardens?
Payments can be made to us in USD through PayPal. PayPal is a quick and secure way to make on-line payments. You can pay us by credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. If you wish to pay by PayPal simply send us an email requesting PayPal as your payment option. We will then send you an email requesting payment through PayPal. Simply follow the links in the email to pay your booking fee or balance with your credit card. If you are a PayPal member you can also pay with other bank accounts (cheque/savings) that you have listed with PayPal. Payments are all securely processed through the PayPal website. We DO NOT handle your credit card details, all banking transactions are processed by PayPal. For more information on PayPal visit their web site at www.paypal.com.au
What if I decide to cancel my booking, will I get refund?
The cancellation policy of Bali Sakura Gardens is as follows. The booking deposit of $100.00 is non-refundable. Cancellations within three weeks of arrival will receive a 70% refund, within 2 weeks a 50% refund, within 1 week a 25% refund. Cancellations 4 weeks or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund less the deposit fee.
What if I want to book any extra services such as hire car, driver, cooking etc… ?
There is no extra charge for car hire and driver; guests simply pay for fuel used. If cooking services are required there will be a charge for this which will be negotiated with the guests. But if you have any requests it is always good to email us before hand so that we can have your service arrangements in place before your arrival. Bali Sakura Gardens is a family business and family members provide all services at the villa.
