Jacobian Mehico

The second Gringo to join the Jacobian Family

Jacobian Mehico was, from the start, always going to be a hard seller. A pale wheat beer mostly enjoyed with a good tacho, took off early. Mehico was Jacobian's first love child, the second beer to the brewery. After fading sales and heart breaking meetings amongst the executives, Mehico was cancelled from the production line and was never seen again. Some bottles of Mehico can be seen at festivals and special occasions. A 6-pack of the one and only brew of Mehico recently fetched $5900 at the Jakarta Beer and Wine Festival in Dec 2005, a record in the industry.

Mehico was brutally criticised on the Australian market after a short burst on the scene. However, die hard drinkers in Mexico have now produced bootleg 'copy cat' beers such as "Jaco Bean Mexicaca" and "MexiJac". Be aware of imitations.

Jacobian Microbreweries would like to take this opportunity to thank the lovers and haters of Mehico - If you feel strongly about the removal (and/or voluntary health and safety recall AS/NZS 2341) please contact us at the microbrewery - jacobianlager@hotmail.com
