In 1977, after being invited to Manila to inspect a beach-fronted, steeply sloping site in Batangas with the objective to design a 70 villa 5 star resort hotel, a design was prepared and submitted early 1978.
It was approved and contractural documentation was completed by a local firm of architects in Manila under our strict supervision. Adrian Snodgrass lived in Manila during this supervision phase.  In 1979 one prototype villa was constructed on the site.  The project developed no further for reasons associated with the political turmoil at that time.
