Never take your eyes for granted
                Be careful what you do
               Look after your sight,treat it right
                And it will look after you

                Try to describe a canary's song
                To a person who cannot hear
                You can look all you like at this little fellow
                But how can you hear the colour yellow

                Never take your ears for granted
    Be careful what you do
   Treat them right, look after those ears
                And they'll look after you

                How do you describe the joy of sound
                To a person who cannot speak
                Be gentle each day in all you say
                Be a blessing in every way

                Give thanks to God each day & night
                For the gifts you have of sound & sight
                There are those less fortunate who never shall
                Enjoy the things we do
                So spare a thought when you kneel in prayer
                Thank Him for what He gave you
