There is no other flower that will respond to good culture as will the chrysanthemum

Some basics to get you interested

It really is quite easy

Left to their own devices, i.e., let grow 'nature's way', plants of chrysanthemums will form 'clumps' which will, in turn, send up lots of thin stems which will again in turn, form many flowering buds. Unfortunately, they will, in most cases, develop into flattish and small blooms and more likely than not, the plants will become infested with pest and diseases and a 'lazy' gardener will probably give up in disgust quite quickly.
