Porter's End is a story about an elderly couple that happily live out their lives with DIY projects, home cooking and the constant chatter of talk radio. This day is the same as any other day with one exception. The initial idea came from Roger Ferdinando's grandfather who had worked as a railway porter before retiring to his shed and DIY wood working.

Roger Ferdinando     Birth.3/6/52       Has extensive background  as a professional advertising photographer and as a web site designer. His interest in animation led him to participate in a claymation short course where he met Neil Hughes, together they have obtained funding for their first short film.

Pre-production of “Porter’s End” began in November 1998 with principle photography beginning in April 1999. The finish date for the film was January 2000.
