Preparation for Your Wedding
Upon engaging Naturally You Photography, we request that the
bridal party meets with us to discuss our service to you. This discussion
will cover:
- the photographic style preferred by you.
- a series of locations for you to consider for photographs after the
service.
- the amount of time you have allocated prior to and after your wedding
service.
Naturally You Photography may also request a discussion
with your wedding celebrant, as well as permission to attend your wedding
rehearsal. This will ensure that your special day will run as smoothly
as possible.
Your Wedding Day
On the day of your wedding, Naturally You Photography will arrive
at the Bride's home at the pre-arranged time. Photos may include:
- Bride being prepared by her attendants.
- Wedding gown.
- Bouquet of flowers.
- Pinning Dad’s corsage on him.
- Leaving home for the last time as a single person.
Coverage will then transfer to the Church or venue you
have chosen.
Photography of the service, leaving the venue and afterwards at the previously
selected location of your choice.
Finally, we will move to the reception for photos of the table layout,
the newly weds being presented for the first time, place cards, wedding
cake, and of course the cake being cut.
We can remain at the reception to record your departure to places unknown
if you desire.
What do Naturally You
Photography provide for you?
Included in Our Coverage of Your Wedding
are:
- Unlimited photographs.
- Prints are all printed on archival photo paper.
- Proofs are presented in an album of your choice
from our product range.
- Our selections of Album's from which you may wish
to choose from include Acid Free, Archival
quality loose-leaf type.
- Negatives may be made available for you to keep
after album is finalized.
- If you decide to engage Naturally You Photography,
a Non-Refundable holding deposit of $200.00 is required followed by
a further payment three weeks prior to Wedding day.
These deposits are non refundable but are transferable.
