Land resumed for Park and Road purposes
If the Brisbane City Council disposes of any of this land so acquired (resumed) for park and road purposes and then develops housing on some of it (13 ha) (by no matter what means) then does the family from whom it was resumed have a vaild legal claim for compensation against the Brisbane City Council?
