Designing accessible learning materials > Converting materials into accessible formats

Cartoon shows a woman looking at a book, holding her hands awkwardly, saying, "Now, if I was able to turn the page..."

Information on Specific Accessible Formats

Providing materials in an alternative format could be as simple as sending an electronic file via email, or it could involve preparing Braille documents and tactile diagrams, and providing a notetaker during training sessions.

Assistance for training providers

The Department of Employment and Training have a unit that can help training providers convert learning materials into alternative formats.  For more information go to Support for Training Providers.
