o Adopt Principles of Universal Design in your organisation and ingrain these principles into organisational values and planning
o Recognise Responsibilities of training providers and incorporate them into your planning
o When converting materials in accessible formats consider:

copyright provisions

checking existing resources for available formats

training techniques for including students with a disability
o Provide accessible formats on request in formats including:

PDF files as accessible as possible

Learning guides in information technology which include instructions for using keystrokes, and descriptions of all graphics

Computer setup and mouse-free navigation are available
o Design Print-based learning materials so that they are clear and easy to understand; this means they are:
- Edited
- offered with options for other formats
o Design accessible web resources so that they meet International Guidelines for accessible web design
