  • 06/02/10 : - Luna wins Minor Puppy and Best of Breed over Mimi at the Classic Dog Club Show.
  • 30/01/10 : - Siri wins Minor Puppy in Group at his first show at the Mackay Kennel Club Show.
  • 24/01/10 : - Luna wins Minor Puppy and Best of Breed at the at the Cranbourne Dog Club Show.
  • 05/01/10 : - We were very sad to hear that Basso passed away on the 22nd December. Rest in Peace Basso, you will greatly be missed by Jac and Trent and your many friends.
  • 30/12/09 : - It was with great sadness that we learnt that Bailey, a boy from Konig and Pascha's 2nd litter passed away. He will be missed greatly by his family and many friends.
  • 06/12/09 : - Guyli wins Best Open in Group 6 at the Bass Valley Kennel Club Championship Show. Heidi won her Baby Puppy class and Mimi her Intermediate Class.
  • 30/11/09 : - Mimi passes the temperament test for the Responsible Pet Education Program and will begin working along with Tamsin in schools in 2010.
  • 24/10/09 : - Heidi wins Baby Puppy in Group in her first show at the Southern Cross Kennel Club Show.
  • 23/09/09 : - Guyli wins BOB at the 2009 Royal Melbourne Show.
  • 26/06/09 : - Mimi and Calyph's puppies arrive safely.
  • 19/02/09 : - Tamsin and I visited our first school as part of the Responsible Pet Education Program. I was very proud of her as she coped really well.

    		•  Happy 2nd birthday to our Calyph for the 21st of February. our giant puppy and a much loved boy!


    We are delighted with the success of Mimi and Calyph's pups in the show ring. Heidi won Baby Puppy in Group at the Southern Cross Kennel Club Show on the 24th October 2009, Luna with John as handler, won Minor Puppy and Best of Breed at the at the Cranbourne Dog Club Show on the 24th January. On the 30th January Siri took Minor Puppy in group at his first show in the Mackay Kennel Club Show. John and Luna went on to upstage mum, Mimi at the Classic Dog Show on the 6th February by taking Minor Puppy and Best of Breed.

    Heidi and Siri are pictured with their group win ribbons and John with Luna and Mimi in the ring for the best of Breed judging.


    		We attended the 2009 Royal Melbourne Show on the 23rd September 2009. We are delighted to report that Guyli again took out Challenge Dog, an award he has taken for the last 4 years. He also went on to win his 3rd Best of Breed award at the Royal Melbourne Show. Mzuri, Guyli's son also did well taking first place in Junior Class and our Tamsin was first in her Open Bitch class.

    We would like to thank Meagan and Bethany for handling Guyli in the ring. The 8 Leos present made many new friends there and were, as usual, people magnets.

    		 Basso is pictured with a young Bertie from our Gold Mines Litter.

    The mating between Guyli (Ch Lejonklippans Piri Piri)and Indy (Roanoak Daisy) from Kanandah Leonbergers has not been successful. Depending on Indy's next heat, we will look to do a repeat mating.

    We currently have no plans for a litter but may look at mating Mimi in late 2010.
