Feeling Energy with your Hands
This month I want to go into how to feel energy with your hands... you will need to have a crystal or stone that you are going to use for this..... as well as a leaf or flower, something that you can use that would hold a different energy pattern...........
I will ask you to use your non predominant hand .... this is..... if your right handed it will be your left hand ... & your dominant hand which is the hand you use most of the time....
also........ it is a good idea when doing this in the early stages to close your eyes .... this removes the other stimuli that would be present when you have your eyes open.........

Using your hands to feel energy is very easy to do. The first thing is to give yourself permission to do this... by giving permission... or even telling yourself that you can consider the possibility that you can feel the energy of something with your hands is important....... & you will want to allow yourself to feel whatever is there without any preconceptions, this is important because you need to be open to whatever you are picking up, it could be a cool breeze, a feeling of mountains.... which could indicate where the crystal was formed..... tingling in the hand of
different intensity with different objects.... after a while you can get to know just what those feelings are telling you that you pick up on.......

Using your non predominant hand ........ place the crystal on that hand........, lay it flat on the palm.... now cup your dominant hand slightly & place it over the crystal, now close your eyes...... filtering out the outside distractions......
gently move your hand around & over the crystal & let whatever is there be felt in whatever way it comes..... & take your time with this....... if you don’t feel anything at first.... this is ok.... it may take some time for the permission to take hold........... as this can be done by everyone....... it really is very simple to do, nothing complicated about it...........you will be able to do this....
once you have been able to feel the energy of a crystal & other objects with your eyes closed...once you are feeling objects you can open your eyes & it is just repetition that makes it stronger.......
I have used my hands for feeling energy for many years & have come to trust what I get..... feeling energy this way will work on anything...........
An interesting thing is..... that you learn to trust the connection, one of the things that I do is cut stones, I wanted to repair damaged crystals that I had found and or bought, but I didn't want to re cut them and have the energy in them damaged more than it already was.......what I wanted was to restore them......I wondered if I could direct my hands to feel something I directed them to feel....., so I Decided that I would feel a cold spot on my hand when I was over the axis or termination of the crystal....., and so I started to play with some of my crystals putting my hand over the termination and it felt cold.
A short while later a friend came to visit and while telling him about this..... he picked up a crystal and put his hand over the termination and happily said "Yes your right you can feel the coldness over the termination," but he had only heard... that it could be felt as cold,...... he didn't listen to me saying that I HAD DECIDED.... that.....that was what I would feel.
I found this very interesting that even though he misunderstood what I said he felt it the way I had decided it would be........
this is why I say give yourself permission which allows you to use another aspect of yourself.....& discover more of the energy that you have...........
