2. Robert NEILL

Robert was a joiner and builder in 1852 - ref Margaret's birth certificate.

In the 1861 census Robert was described as a builder employing 194 men.

Although he is referred to as Albert in the 1881 census this is either a transcription error or another name he went by.  He is a builder as in Margaret's marriage certificate and he lives in Broughton also as in her certificate.  And he has a son Archibald.
