CALLOW DREAM TEAM:
Sometimes
you just get it right and I think in this occasion this is so:
Pictured here is the World Champion Team that took it out the Individual World Championship together with the World Record at the Bundaberg Australian World Championships in 2001.
From Left to Right:
Bruce DeChastel who together
with Stuart Maxwell designed the wing of this racer pictured in this photo.
He made the wing for this racer.
Rob
Metkemeijer who designed the fabulous engine pictured .
Christopher Callow who piloted this model to become Individual World Champion. There is no doubt that he is a top pilot, and this win was no fluke.
Kevin Callow Caller and Chief Mechanic - he designed the fuselage and made the model - he is fully supportive of Christopher's pylon racing activities - and without him Christopher would possibly have never made World Champion.
Thanks to Gary Davidson for taking the Group picture:
The other photo is Christopher prior to becoming WC - he was 14 at this time when he became State Champion - I had more juvenile photos of Chris than this but unfortunately they were very poor quality - Perhaps I may find a way to use them in the future! He certainly was a lovely little boy!!
