Jen’s Beads is based in Frenchs Forest, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We offer a variety of ‘beading’ services, which are available throughout the northern Sydney metropolitan area. Our services include children’s birthday parties, beading classes for adults and children, adult social beading evenings and corporate workshops. Jen’s Beads also sells beading kits and beading supplies.
My interest in beads and beaded jewellery started over 20 years ago while at University, where I dabbled in the craft and was able to sell my creations and finance some of my study. More recently I have rekindled that interest and what was a hobby has developed into a passion and subsequently a business.
In the past couple of years I have been teaching on a regular basis at a variety of local venues, working with Ron Chudy, teaching at The Beadhouse in Alexandria and providing beading workshops for the web based company ‘Red Balloon’. For 2008 my home-based bead studio is unavailable but we are able to offer adult and child classes, birthday parties and socials in the comfort of your own home or chosen venue.
I have an experienced team of party leaders and helpers who work with me to run children’s birthday parties and adult social beading events. Like me, they thoroughly enjoy teaching the craft of beading!
Our aim is to encourage the development of the craft of beading and to make it available to all age groups. We are customer focused and approachable; so do not feel shy about contacting us!
