Our water is fresh from a ground bore. It is very pure and we drink it straight from the tap (it does have a high calcium content).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, dish cloths, cleaning products etc.
The living room is furnished with a lounge set, TV, VCR and DVD player. Videos and DVDs can be hired in Jindabyne.
Ducted gas heating is installed, and will heat the house very quickly once it is switched on and vents throughout the ground floor opened. You need only use the on/off switch and the temperature control.
The laundry is equipped with a large washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and drying cupboard (turn on the heater in the cupboard when in use). Very wet clothing should be spun in the washing machine before drying.
An industrial water heater is provided.
There is a gas BBQ located on your balcony - please contact a manager if you need gas.
There are many natural tracks on the property, and the view from the top of Round Hill is stunning (allow about an hour and a half for this walk). However, while walking be aware of snakes and spiders, and natural or man-made hazards. You may also see native and feral animals - please do not approach or interfere with them.
Please contact a manager if you would like a work bench for tuning skis.
Smoke alarms are installed. If you have a false alarm (e.g. burnt toast), press the clear button on the alarm. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located in the kitchen. Emergency lighting has been installed, and will operate in the event of a power failure. The emergency exit is through the laundry door to the rear parking area.
