All Time Favourite Line Dance Social featuring The Costa Brothers - Saturday May 28th 2005

Sold out weeks before, this social featured music from CD’s and live music with the The Costa Brothers. Don & Paul Costa have been part of the country music scene in Australia for some years regularly performing in major festivals such as Tamworth and Mildura. They performed for us very enthusiastically and thoroughly entertained the dancers as we danced to their music. They said after the night that is was one of the most memorable gigs that they had played. Don & Paul were also pleased to sing for us their version of the song Kiss Me Quick to which Gina and I have written our latest dance.

We had a full hall of around 250 people and it was great to watch from the stage as the sea of people moved as one in the dances. One highlight of the evening was when Pavorotti (aka Tony) sang along to Vincenzio as we danced Life Love Liberty.
