CRUISE THE SOUTH PACIFIC SOCIAL

Sunday Afternoon 25th November 2007

Our Sunday afternoon social featured the theme "A Cruise On The South Pacific" aboard the ship S.S. Dancin' Lines. It was pleasing to see lots of people dressing in colourful shirts, leis and the odd sailor or two.

The floor was full with lots of dancers, with some relatives and friends of dancers looking on and enjoying the fun.

The Dancin' Lines crew (Glenda, Keith, Yvonne, Leanne, Lynne, Anne, Julie, Gerhard, Tony and Roy) performed a skit based on Gilligan's Island and music from the musical South Pacific - Nothin' Like a Dame, I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair and I'm In Love With A Wonderful Guy

Special thanks to Lynne Miller for constructing some of the sets that adorned the hall (left).

Congratulations to Trish (right) and Barry for winning the Best Dressed Female & Male awards.
