Ostensibly a book on organizational development, you'll probably find this one in
the business section. In 125 short pages, Parker gives us the best case study yet
in how to use creative "visioning" to bring about change in organizations. The
texture of the experience comes through as she describes what one European
manufacturer did to harness the creativity and vision of all its employees. I
can't recommend this book highly enough. If you're a creative person stuck in a
toxic work environment, read this book and hope again.
