Joining Poppy and Peter to form the YUM TRIO is vocalist Simone Waddell

	Simone Waddell: From Sydney Australia has had a passion for music her whole life. Starting piano and singing at an early age and after completing a B.A in Contemporary Music in Australia and at Berklee College of Music in Boston, she has enjoyed a life of travelling throughout Asia, Europe, the U.S.A and Australia performing solo and in jazz, pop and R&B bands. She is also a highly sought after vocal coach and has taught literally thousands of singing lessons working with beginners, professionals and everything in between. Simone has had considerable recording experience, completing two albums overseas, current singles on iTunes and radio airplay of one of her inspirational songs, "Born To Win." Simone also thoroughly enjoys her role as the talent coach/mentor and judge for Miss World Australia and Miss Sydney Australia and she particularly enjoys seeing the girls in the competitions work selflessly for various charities
