CROATIAN ARCHIVE ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA

Fundraising fashion parade

Saturday, 18 March 2006 at 7.30 pm, Croatian Club Punchbowl

The Croatian Archive Association of Australia Inc. was formed and registered in July 2005, with the aim to preserve records of the people of Croatian origine in Australia, so that the history of Croats in this country, their achievements and their contributions in developing Australia, as individuals as well as groups such as social, business, sports and religious organisations, does not fade away and become lost for future generations.

The Association consists of volunteers who are willing to collect, preserve and process records, which can be in the form of writings, photos, films, videotapes or sound records.

The Croatian Archive Association of Australia is inviting you to join them and become a member for only $10 membership fee per year. Some AMAC members already have, including Mirjana Cestar, who is one of the founders and the Secretary of the CAAA.

Next Saturday, 18 March 2006, the Croatian Archive is presenting an evening of classic music (Mariel Pažin, soprano) and fashion extravaganza (Vicki Mar, Jean Fox Bridal, MC Jason Amos), organised by Vesna Krizmanić. This is a fundraising performance to help the Archive start with their activities. Tickets are $10. For booking call Ana Watson (President) at 9677 9459 or 0408 663 542.
